Regular/Temporary: Regular | FLSA Status: Hourly (non-exempt) |
Shift: Days | Salary Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. |
SUMMARY
Milc Group, LLC is an innovative company that creates simple, yet powerful tech solutions for the Dairy Industry. These solutions consist of both hardware and cloud-based software applications which make managing a Dairy easier and more efficient. As a rapidly growing small business, Milc Group is looking for excited and motivated team members to physically assist in our hardware production assembly line and custom design projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Create detailed product documentation (assembly, programming and troubleshooting instructions, etc.)
- Assemble cables and miscellaneous hardware components
- Flash and program microcontrollers
- Quality control testing of hardware and software programs
- Read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and datasheets
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform related duties and/or special projects as assigned
Experience and Training Guidelines:
- Prior experience working on electronics projects, soldering, and voltmeter diagnostics.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Prior experience troubleshooting android applications and hardware preferred.
- Ability to navigate a PC
- Familiar with MS Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail)

- Frequent use of keyboard
- Frequent sitting for long periods of time
- Occasional bending or squatting
- Frequent decision-making and concentration
- Frequent exposure to noise
- Frequent reading and close-up work
Work is performed in a typical temperature-controlled office environment subject to typical office noise and environment.
